Katsuhiro Harada, le producteur de la série Tekken a annoncé au The Legend of Tekken à Madrid que Tekken 7 est en développement.

Bandai Namco published the full trailer of Tekken 7 at the Comic-Con 2014. This trailer clearly unveils Tekken 7 story and a new key character: Kazumi Mishima (Heihachi Mishima's wife). The game will give more info about the Devil Gene and its origins... It seems that Tekken 7 is the game in the series as it ends the Mishima saga.

Bandai Namco a publié le trailer complet de Tekken 7 lors de la Comic-Con 2014. Ce trailer dévoile l'histoire de Tekken 7 dans lequel un nouveau personnage clé de la série fait son apparition: Kazumi Mishima (l'épouse de Heihachi Mishima). On en apprendra également plus sur les origines du gène Devil. Tekken 7 semble être le dernier épisode de la série puisqu'il clôt la saga Mishima.

Tekken 7 first location test will be held on October 3rd at Namco shop Sugamo and on October 4 at Namco Nihonbashi Osaka. There will be another loctest on October 5 but the location has not yet been announced.

During the Tokyo Game Show, Katsuhiro Harada held a conference on Mad Catz booth. He presended a new character from Tekken 7: Catalina, a Latin American fighter. She will be available during the upcoming loctests.

A new camera feature of Tekken 7 has been unveiled on Twitter by Katsuhiro Harada: regardless of whether the player is the player one or two, he can fight on the left side of the screen or on the right side as he prefers.

Katsuhiro Harada unveils during a niconico stream that new characters will soon be added in Tekken 7 including Jin Kazama who wasn't present in the line-up.

Here come the dates:

- 31/03 : Jin Kazama

- the date is not yet announced but it will probably be during the golden week (29/04-6-05): Josie Rizal, a new fighter from Philippines. She uses the fighting syle Eskrima and Kick Boxing.

Details about the King of Iron Fist Tournament 2015 have been announced.

The game used for the tournament is Tekken 7. Total prize pool is worth ¥10,000,000 (€75,000).

As you can see on the picture below, there will be qualifying events in Osaka in September and in Tokyo in October. The Players who qualify in those events will gain access to the Japan round that will occur in November.

For non-Japanese players, qualifying will take place at EVO 2015 in Las Vegas on July 17-19. The arcade version of Tekken 7 will be used but players will be authorized to plug in their PS4 controllers to the system. The EVO winner will be invited to the grand final in Japan.

Regarding EVO, Bandai Namco offers a $30,000 prize pool and a T-shirt will be given to each contestant of the Tekken tournament.

The grand final will occur in November or December in Japan.

Des détails ont été annoncés à propos du Tournoi King of Iron Fist 2015.

Le jeu utilisé sera Tekken 7. Le prize pool total à une valeur de 10.000.000¥ (75.000€).

Comme vous pouvez le voir sur l'image ci-dessus, il y aura des évènements qualificatifs organisés à Osaka en septembre et à Tokyo en octobre.

Pour les joueurs non japonais, les qualifications se feront à l'EVO 2015 qui se tiendra du 17 au 19 juillet à Las Vegas. La version arcade de Tekken 7 sera utilisée mais les joueurs poouront brancher leur manette ou stick arcade PS4 au système. Le gagnant de l'EVO sera invité à la grande finale au Japon.

A propos de l'EVO, Bandai Namco offre un prize pool de 30.000$ et un T-shirt sera offert à chaque participant au tournoi Tekken.

La grande finale sera organisée au Japon en novembre ou en décembre.
