Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Card Builder

Bandai Namco opened a website for its new Gundam game: Mobile Suit Gundam UC Card Builder. This will be a card battle RPG game, the release date is not yet announced.

Mobile Suit Gundam UC Card Builder will be on location test at Namco Lazona Kawasaki Plaza from July 3 to 5. Attention, the location test starts at 18:00 tomorrow (until 23:30) and runs from 10:00 to 23:30 the other days.

New location tests are announced:

- From July 25 to 26 at Sega GiGO Ikebukuro and Taito Station Fukuoka Tenjin.

- From August 1 to 2 at Tokyo Leisureland Akihabara and Round 1 Stadium Sennichimae (Osaka).

It will be out on February 2016.

Mobile Suit Gundam UC Card Builder will be out during March 2016. Cards and screenshots have been unveiled today. There will be 4 types of cards: Common (C), Uncommon (UC), Rare (R) and Supe Rare (SR)

Mobile Suit Gundam UC Card Builder will be out in March but Bandai Namco announced that the game will start operation on February 25 in selected stores. The store list will be soon available on the game website.

They also announced that the players who pre-order Gundam Breaker 3 for PS4 or VIta will get the MSZ-006 Z Gundam card as a special gift. This will be the only way to get this card.

New mecha and pilots have been introduced.

Ils ont également annoncé que les joueurs qui ont pré-commandé Gundam Breaker 3 sur PS4 ou Vita recevront la carte du MSZ-006 Z Gundam comme cadeau. Ce sera le seul moyen d'obtenir cette carte.

De nouveaux mechas et pilotes ont été présentés.

A special campaign will be held from March 17 to April 7 to celebrate the release of Mobile Suit Gundam UC Card Builder and Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme VS. Maxi Boost ON.

During this campaign, players can get special cards for Mobile Suit Gundam UC Card Builder:

- MS-06S Char's Zaku II card if they play both Mobile Suit Gundam UC Card Builder and Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme VS. Maxi Boost ON
- MS-06K Zaku Cannon card if they play both Mobile Suit Gundam UC Card Builder and Mobile Suit Gundam - Senjo no Kizuna

Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Card Builder 2nd awakening is the first update of the card game that will be out on August 9. The cabinet will be redecorated in green and 117 new cards will appear (76 mechas and 41 characters).

Totally new series: Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket, Mobile Suit Gundam Side Story: At the Site of the Fallen Colony, UC-MSV (Gundam Unicorn Mobile Suit Variations), MSV-R: The Return of Johnny Ridden, Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack.

Series with new cards: Mobile Suit Gundam, Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ, Mobile Suit Gundam UC, Mobile Suit Gundam Side Story: The Blue Destiny, Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team, MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM Gillen, Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO.

Three new maps will be also added: Palau, shuttle launch site, Earth satellite orbit. A new navigator and new functions semi-automatic operation and auto-pilot function will be added.

The "Target event season 2" started on October 13 and will end on November 9. The event rewards include the limited edition Psyco-Gundam (Super Rare). The condition to earn the reward is the same as for the 1st season : shoot down specific enemies during the period and earn event points. The Psyco-Gundam costs 300 event points.

This update also balance card powers.

L'événement "Target event season 2" a commencé le 13 octobre et se terminera le 9 novembre. Parmi les récompenses d'événement, on retrouve le Psyco-Gundam édition limitée (Super Rare). La condition pour gagner des récompenses est la même que pour la saison 1: abattre des ennemis désignés pendant la période de l'événement et gagner des event points. Pour obtenir le Psyco-Gundam, il faut obtenir 300 points.

Cette update apporte un équilibrage des cartes.

The "Target event season 3" started on November 17 and will end on December 14. This time, players can get 2 Super Rare cards as reward: Lalah Sune (60 points) and the MAN-08 Elmeth (300 points).

L'événement "Target event season 3" a commencé le 17 novembre se terminera le 14 décembre. Cette fois, les joueurs pourront avoir 2 cartes Super Rare comme récompense: Lalah Sune (60 points) and the MAN-08 Elmeth (300 points).

Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Card Builder will be updated on December 20. A new season mode will be implemented and the digital card can be used as a main unit.

This is a one-player mode where the player can win points within a certain period (season). Players will aim for a higher grade during the season thanks to "season points" won by defeating ennemy commanders. The enemy's deck is based on the data used in the national battle. There are different difficulty grades for the commanders and they have special skills.

Until now, digital card (not a real card) was only usable as an assist force, now they can be use to participate in battle as a main unit.

Finally with the upcoming update, Catherine Britzen and Reiko Holinger who were active as secretaries in "Mobile Suit Gundam 0079 Card Builder" and "Mobile Suit Gundam 0083 Card Builder" are available as operators.

Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Card Builder sera mis à jour le 20 décembre. Un nouveau mode "season" sera implémenté et les cartes digitales pourront être utilisées comme unité principale.

Le mode "season" est un mode un joueur dans lequel le joueur peut gagner des points pendant une certain temps (une saison). Son but est d'atteindre le grade le plus élevé pendant la saison grâce aux "season points" gagnés en battant les commandants ennemis. Les decks des ennemis sont basés sur les données utilisées dans le tournoi nationale. Il existe des degrés de difficultés différents pour les commandants et ils ont des compétences particulières.

Jusqu'à présent,  les cartes digitales (donc pas une carte physique) étaient seulement utilisables comme une force d’assist mais maintenant, elles peuvent être utilisées dans les combats comme des unités principales.

Enfin avec cette mise à jour, Catherine Britzen et Reiko Holinger qui étaient présentes comme secrétaires dans « Mobile Suit Gundam 0079 Card Builder » et « Mobile Suit Gundam 0083 Card Builder » sont disponibles en tant qu’opératrices.

Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Card Builder next upgrade will be released in February, it will be named Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Card Builder Counterattack. The cabinet LEDs will be renewed to red color and new cards from different series will be released:

Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Card Builder Counterattack will be out on February 23. A season named Seaon 1 will begin at the same time and the reward that players can get at the end of the season are 2 super rare cards: Quess Paraya (new type) and NZ-333 α - AZIERU.

Bandai Namco pubished the promotional video of Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Card Builder Counterattack.

The "Season 2" is already announced and the reward will be the "Gundam Prototype No.2".

A new map named "Axis surrounding" will also be added on February 23.
