Sega Fighting Vipers

hello,

i buyed an fighting vipers arcade off sega, model 2 or 3 i think

i have a prolem with it, i have no sound

things i have already checked:

boxes are present, cables are ok, in the test sound stood on, and the volume potmeter also have the cables (don't know how i say it in english)

anyone have an idea what the problem is?

i don't know,

cables are ok that i see. but the led of the 12v isn't lighting up
