Question: Can not change that one does not always private messages only if you are new logs.
I mean, that even While you will be informed in the forum when does a piece of news.

- You receive a PM only when someone else sent you a PM.
- You receive an e-mail when someone sent you a PM or someone replies to a topic you previously posted to.
