Subject: Picture Taito Type X2 in JAMMA cab? Sun 21 Mar 2010 - 18:26
Hi .. can anybody help me . Whants to know ,how the picture looks in an normal CAB.. like ATOMISWAVE ;EGRET2 ,SEGA NEW ASTRO .
Iff you have pictures off it ,it will be great . Thanks.

All depends on which your monitor you're using... By the way, some games are 4/3 (Trouble Witches AC) and others are 16/9 (KOF XII). Widescreen games look vertically stretched on 4/3 monitors.

Do you think it looks bad ( Koff 13 ) in an Atomiswave CAB ? Have you played it in this condition ? Do you think it looks better in SEGA BLAST as in ATOMISWAVE ?

All KOF XII I saw used 16/9 screens. To see how it looks on a 4/3 monitor, just play a 16/9 video in 4/3 and uncheck "keep aspect ratio". Characters are stretched vertically (making them look tall and thin) but the game is playable, it just looks a bit wierd. Maybe there's an option to switch the game to 4/3... but I doubt...
